• Hi, Brian. The router supports up to 600Mbps for the 2.4GHz and up to 1200Mbps for the 5GHz. If your internet subscription is over 400Mbps, then the WiFi speed will definitely improve.

• For my setup I noticed - hard wired connection improved to over 600 mps! My wifi has not surpassed 400 mps. No real wifi change noted in speed maybe in maintaining speed for multiple devices.
