Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can dedicate the doorbell to the 2.4ghz network if you want. You have to go into the setup of the router to do it. However the router has a smart function that automatically switches what network you are on(the 2.4 or the 5) based on the speed usage required for that device. If you dedicate I believe it shuts off this function for all your other devices. I am not sure though.
