“I have a modem/router in one from my cable service. The wifi signal has gotten to be pretty poor. I understand this is just a router, but is it worth it to hook it up for a better/stronger signal? Will wifi signal strength increase by using this router?”

• I would HIGHLY recommend ditching the ISP's modem and pick up a modem and seperate router, unless you have voice, in which case you are kin of stuck. It definitly beats paying $10 a month to rent one.
