Yes. Linksys has done an excellent job providing management tools for its consumer routers. Donload the Linksys app through the appropriate App Store. Through a user's account on iOS, Android and a Web browser all available configuration settings are visible. Even if Internet is out, the connection to the router's Wi-Fi network is still intact. You may have experienced the appearance of full Wi-Fi signal on your phone only to find that it was not connected to the Internet. It WAS connected to Wi-Fi, however. The two are mutually exclusive. Once into the Linksys app, be an effective manager! From there you can also restart your network and do all the personalized settings, which I recommend as a weekly necessity. Access via a computer browser is available with the router's IP address. Once there on a modern Linksys router, users can see a place to log on to an existing account for the same experience as through a phone. Reserve this method for when there is Internet connectivity.
