Is that with the speed test built into the router? I have an AX1800 that when it was the parent router was always under reported the speed within the app. When I would test via Speednet or xfinity directly my speed was fine. I haven't had the same bug with my AX6000 as the parent router. If your getting the same results with different speed tests, then you probably have a bad router.
