“I asked a question about having my Windows 10 act like a WiFi hotspot so I can have another device connect it it. The NUC itself will not be connected to the Internet or anything. I got a response that it has been answered but I cannot find the answer.”

Hi, Kumar. The Linksys WUSB6100M is an easy plug-and-play devices which enables your desktop computers to connect via Wi-Fi (Next-Gen AC Wi-Fi, MU-MIMO). This is not designed to work with your desired setup.
