• Mine didn't either.I used a USB external CD drive and loaded it into the commuter that way. It works great though, after you get it loaded. The external drives are available st a pretty low cost---Best Buy has them for around $40 if you want to go that way. I use mine to load older programs that I still use on my new computer. My internal WiFi on my laptop stopped working and this was cheaper than going to the computer shop to have it fixed.
