Hi, Browneyes. A red light signifies that the Velop has no internet connection. Check the connection behind the main modem for isolation. Please send an email at [email protected] with your contact details and the link to this review so we can better assist forward.

Please try again later.Check one the app and see which node the troubled one is trying to connect to.. try and move them closer to one another until they communicate better and you get signal. Due to how our house is built, we tried to go too far between them and just went back and bought a 4th node. Works fantastic!
