• Hi. Our Mesh and non-Mesh smart Wi-Fi routers will only replace your regular router. They require a cable modem provisioned by an ISP to work.

• No, it does NOT replace your xfinity home wifi router. What you do is you set this mesh wifi router next to your xfinity router and plug it into your xfinity router with the included cable. Look at it as an extension cord from your xfinity router to the mesh router. Then you would have all of your devices connect to the mesh wifi name rather than the xfinity wifi name. The 2 other nodes you would place out in the open throughout your house where your signal is low after you pair the 2 other nodes to the new router.
