“My internet provider eliminated my modem when they switched to fiber optic. their connection is plugged into my router. Do I plug one of the nodes into my router or do I plug the internet provider wire into the node? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks”

• Hi. If the connection uses and Ethernet (RJ45) cable, then you can plug it directly into the Velop system. Alternatively, you can also just add the Velop system to your existing router.

• I have a similar setup and tried the no router approach. It does not work - you still need a router to plug the first Velop unit into.
