Mesh is just better coverage, noticably better than regular wifi extenders. Most wifi 7 mesh systems offer more than previous generations. Do note wifi 7 is still being developed and not many devices have it. You will benefit as the radios provide more bands and penetration so you can get better wifi speed ( especially if you have gb services)
