• I currently have 355mbs and I've tested it and it puts outs to the exact t of what I'm receiving from my provider so yes

• Any router that has a gigabit lan port which most have now days.

• I have 150mbps and it works great. My guess is that it will work, but I can't confirm it. It says it has "Up to 3.2 Gbps data transfer speed" so it should work.

• I have the WRT3200 behind my Xfinity Cisco (in bridge mode). Don't know about 300mbs but it pegs the meter at over 150mbs on the internet speed test sites.
