Best Buy employees should be able to help you out with the installation process of your Liquid Glass but that will be based on what knowledge the Best Buy employee has of our product. This is something you will have to ask your local Best Buy electronics department to see if they are able to help you with. Please reach out to us if something goes wrong with the installation. Also, remember to register for your product guarantee via the instructions on the insert card inside the packaging.
