• On my new phone I use this product as additional protection. I still use a screen protector. I used this same product on a cracked screen and it held the screen together very well without any new damage.

• Hi Dadbod, Yes it will help prevent scratches and cracks, however if your device already have scratches or cracks on it, this will not cover that.
