• I'm hard on watches... and the only thing I did was protected the screen. Because liquipel is a liquid layer which dries hard you probably could put a bumper on it without affecting the finish... but I haven't done it personally.

• Yes indeed it does you can apply the liquid glass before hand and as soon as it drys and is ready for use apply your bumper case for even more awesome protection.
