• Yes the Jitterbug is compatible with hearing aids.I have a hearing aid & have no problem hearing on the Jitterbug

• My Dad hasn’t been able to hear on a phone for 25 years. With the jitterbug phone,, I turned the speaker on and then he put it to his ear. (with his over the ear hearing aide) . Even with his hearing aide in, just using the speaker did not work for him. The phone speaker must be up to his ear. He can finally have a conversation with his wife in assisted living . I just had to tell him if he wanted a private conversation, he should take the phone in his bedroom and close the door. Jitterbug has provided a wonderful opportunity for him and his wife.
