“My current Jitterbug Flip phone is trashed and I want to get another and keep our plan in place. However, all I see are "Prepaid" phones and I'm wondering if they are the same phone. Also, how do I get the number transferred to the new phone?”

Hello Fishinggrandma, you can purchase a replacement phone by calling our Customer Care team directly or by purchasing one at a local retailer. To activate the replacement and keep your same number, please call our Customer Care team for support.

Called GreatCall and they transferred all the info from the old phone to the new phone so he could keep the same phone number. Took a little bit of time,

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We purchased the Jitterbug from Best Buy. It did not have the prepaid service. I called Great Call and they were able to transfer our account from another carrier and keep the same phone number. Was so easy but took a little time to get the switch completed. I didn't mind. Good Luck
