Just replaced my Dad's broken Jitterbug flip. Called Greatcall, they were going to replace it but found it cheaper at Best Buy. Called GreatCall and they transferred all the info from the old phone to the new phone so he could keep the same phone number. Took a little bit of time,

We purchased the Jitterbug from Best Buy. It did not have the prepaid service. I called Great Call and they were able to transfer our account from another carrier and keep the same phone number. Was so easy but took a little time to get the switch completed. I didn't mind. Good Luck
