Hello, we are very sorry to hear that you are having difficulties answering the Lively Flip. There is no override available to allow the call to be answered when you open the phone. You may find it easier to answer via the Alexa feature. You can find information about Alexa on page 75 of the user guide or if you need assistance, please give us a call.
