“If Emergency plan is not purchased with phone does emergency button call anyone if pressed?”

• Great question. If you do not chose a plan with the Health and Safety service when the button is pressed it will direct you to call 9-1-1. You can add a Health and Safety service at anytime and when included you will get a lower cost on your minutes plan. You can view all of our plans and services on our web page.
