You can transfer his old number but my experience with transferring a number from Verizon to Lively was not pleasant, although eventually successful. Don't know if AT&T can provide service with a Jitterbug phone. (I doubt it, but check with them.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Jitterbug operates on its own network (Lively). They can port your original number over to the new phone, as long as you do it before canceling service with your old provider. It can take a few days to a week for the number to change over.
