• Hello, great question! When you are seeing the notification light it is alerting you there is a voicemail, missed call or text message that has not been viewed or listen to. Once all messages, missed call or voicemails are acknowledged the light will turn off. For further assistance please call our Customer Service at 1(800) 733-6632. 7 days a week.
