Your service must remain active in order for us to process and complete your port in request. In order to proceed, we must know whether or not you have assigned a password or PIN to your existing account. We will need to collect information such as Account Number, Billing Name/Address, etc. Please be aware by completing your port-in request, early termination fees may apply with your current carrier. Lastly, the standard time frame to transfer a wireless number is 2-3 business days as long as all the information provided is correct.
