You can purchase the phone from Best Buy without paying the activation fee. Bring it home and follow the activation instructions in which a representative of Great Call will stay on the line with you until activation is complete. You can keep the old number. The tech can transfer 9 numbers for you and can instruct you how to add all the other numbers you need.
