“Mom’s flip phone 2 incoming calls go straight to voicemail. How do you fix that. She’s in nursing home so I’m not there. Directions to correct this would be appreciated also how would that happen?”

• Hello Short, we are sorry to hear that your mom’s calls are going straight to voicemail. It sounds like the volume may be too low. The volume buttons are on the top right side of the phone, the top one raises and the bottom lowers. These buttons can be locked to avoid lowering them and the instructions are on page 117 of the user guide. The user guide can be found on the Lively website under Support.
