You cannot access email using the Jitterbug Flip phone.

Great question. To access your Voicemail, from the Main Menu, select Phone and press Ok, select Voicemail and press Ok, and the phone calls your voicemail. Listen to the prompts and press the buttons on the keypad to access your messages. When you are finished press or close your phone to hang up. Voicemail instructions can be found on page 39 of your user guide.
