“Does the phone have voicemail?”

• I tried setting up my phone for a voicemail message and the call to voicemail failed. I think this is an extra charge? wow not good if so. I called *611 and they were not friendly or helpful. We need to know add ons when we are sold a product over the phone. My reception is poor with this as well as my last carrier near santa rosa ca. I may have to bail.

• No, it does not. Their customer service said Lively Flip phone 2 only has VM through Alexa, which must be registered at amazon.com/us/code according lively's customer service person I talk to. When done and installed Alexa said "Alexa does not support VM on this device, you can you use the alexa app." Very very frustrating for such a "simple'" device.

• Yes it has voicemail and other features such as call blocking etc.

• Hello, voicemail is a service that can be added to the Lively Flip phone.
