No you don't have to pay extra but call customer service
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello in order to setup your voicemail you must add it on your rate plan, it is $3.00 a month per line of service. Once the feature is subscribed you will see the voicemail option appear on the menu and you are able to access the voicemail directly and follow the setup prompt as provided.
