Just note there is a fee when you keep your old number and speak to a service rep. If you do not wish to keep your old number you can activate it online at no extra cost.

There are instructions on how to do so included with the box -- just make sure you do not cancel your previous service until the transfer is complete. You can get this process started by calling our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 between 5am and 7pm Pacific time.
