Hello, great question! Yes you are able to disable the Urgent response button per your request. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 available Monday to Sunday 5am to 7pm Pacific time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know if the button can be deactivated. The instruction book says you have six seconds after pressing the button to cancel the call. The book also says that you have to pay extra to activate the button. I do not pay extra for this service, and I have no idea what would happen if I press the button.
