• Great question! All minutes are good for 60 days from the date they are issued. If you are on the 300-minute plan, any minutes you do not use will carry over into the next month for use. The oldest minutes will always be used first, before taking from the new minute bucket. For additional support, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-733-6632.
