Hello, Yes you can order the phone by calling GreatCall Customer Service and having us place the order or purchase directly from Best Buy. If you choose to purchase from Best Buy please call GreatCall Customer Service at, 1-800-733-6632, to have the new phone swapped onto the account and walked through the activation process.
