I have been trying this on my Lively 3 phone for months now and have been getting poor technical information on this process. The answer is the USB hookup allows you to only see the device name Lively3 on your computer with no access to any subdirectory. Using Photo your are denied access to the data stored in the phone. Today, I got the smart Lively guru who told me the USB Method no longer works and you can only transfer the image to an email account. Email Process 1. Identify the photo on your phone 2. Select share on the bottom of the screen 3. Select Gmail option on the bottom of the screen 4. In the email screen: On the "to" line type in the email address you want the image sent to 5. Press the right arrow icon on the top of the screen to send the image to your "to line" email address 6. Screen returns to the image as a completed action Best to you, Mike
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.None of the procedures found here work for me. There is always a step called out that I do not have on my Lively Jitterbug Flip 2. What earthly good is a camera in a phone for which no ability is provided to transfer the photos to something where they can actually be seen, and not just a tiny photo stored in the Flip Phone.
