• Yes it can, it won't overcharge. It stays put and makes contact better than a previous Greatcall flip phone that we had. The stand just works better with this version of their flip phone.

• Great question! While you can leave your Lively Flip in the cradle, it is not necessary to continually charge it. We suggest you keep it close in case of an emergency or if someone calls.
