You cannot. They made the SIM extremely difficult to take out and you will wait a long time on hold to get anyone to answer with the number they provided, which you do have to call in order to activate the SIM to purchase a plan. Then can you stick your phone provider sim in there, after you cancel the plan you just bought from GreatCall.
