• Great question. The Jitterbug Flip 2, once activated will have a software update that will enable the speed dial feature. The set up is different than the previous model but it is still a long press on the number to dial. For assistance or to ensure the speed dial is enabled on your phone, please call our Customer Service between 5am and 6pm Pacific time.
