• Hi Nick, we are so glad you asked that question! Once you activate your new Lively Flip phone an account is created for you and a monthly recurring charge based on the plan that you choose during the activation process. A phone number will be assigned to you as well, however, Lively does give the option to transfer your cell or home phone number, as long as your number is still available. There are instructions on how to do so included with the box -- just make sure you do not cancel your previous service until the transfer is complete.
