“Does phone need to be charged before it is turned on and before it is activated??”

• In the instructions it said do not turn on your phone before it is activated. Do I charge it before hand or not?

• It came charged enough to get the set up done and use it for a while.

• No. When we bought the phone it was activated at the store and turned on at the store and it had enough power on it for us to be able to come home and use it for a while.
