All software updates are periodically done over the air. We advice all our customer to make sure the phones are on at night as that is when software updates are scheduled to be completed. We are able to push software updates for further assistance please contact Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 Mon-Fri from 6am-6pm Pacific time.
