“Purchased a lively flip phone for my parents on 12/27/2022. Worked great. Signal started getting week after 3 months. Now the phone no longer gets any service. Customer service says nothing they can do so get another carrier. Dose this make sense?”

Our jitterbug phones have a year warranty and if concluded defective a replacement order can be placed.
