• This is a question for Tello, as it's up to them whether they want to support it. It should work though. The previous answer - that you have to use "their subscription" is inaccurate. I just bought this phone and set it up on another carrier (though not Tello).

• This phone only works with their subscription. You can’t have it work on any other service. It did not work well for my mother (85) so I’m stuck with it now. It was horrible to cancel the service btw. They definitely target elders. Lots of spam upsells from them.
