Hello, most numbers can be transferred, ported in from previous carriers. The number must be active with no pending orders and the account information is required. Additionally, some carriers require a pin number for authorization to port the number. Please call us at (800) 733-6632, between the hours of 5am and 7pm Pacific Time, for details and to check if your number is portable.
