We cannot guarantee coverage outside of the United States. If the phone is able to connect to a network and can make/receive calls abroad, then international usage rates apply. - Answer Hello, Yes you can order the phone by calling GreatCall Customer Service and having us place the order or purchase directly from Best Buy. If you choose to purchase from Best Buy please call GreatCall Customer Service at, 1-800-733-6632, to have the new phone swapped onto the account and walked through the activation process.
