• No, my husband has a jitterbug/ lively flip 2 phone and he does not have internet. He has good service with phones calls and texting and the phone takes really good pictures. But no, it doesnt have to have internet.

• Hello, this is a great question. The Jitterbug Flip2 phone does not need internet to be used. The Jitterbug Flip2 phone works off the Verizon Cellular Network.
