• There are very easy to follow instructions with the phone. It's with Lively Link.

• The box contains a phone number and a website. Either can be used for activation.

• Make sure you read directions , they have a # in these directions that you call Using a different line phone - before turning on the Jitterbug phone . That # is a person from lively, they will get you going & turn on the phone. Hope this is sufficient.
