A:AnswerI get phone calls and I need to delete them. My phone will not let me do that. I follow the instructions, but that does nothing in way of deleting phone number I don't need. So, it is possible that I will have 100+ calls undeleted shortly. Looks like I will have to trash my phones and purchase Tracphones again to get out of this mess.

Arrow down to contact that you want to delete and hit the Ok button.
Arrow down to Edit Contact and hit the Ok button
Arrow down several times and select Delete This Contact
Make sure that Delete Contact is highlighted and hit the Ok button
