No, it's Greatcall's own service but, I have to warn you, the service is expensive and the user interface is horrid. For instance: if you want to place a phone call, from your contacts list, starting at the Home screen it takes 6 taps before the phone starts ringing. We bought this phone for my aging mother who was starting to have problems with an iPhone. It has been a disaster. So, if I could give this thing 1 star, I would.
