When you activate a new Jitterbug phone we do provide a temporary number unless you want to keep it. We can do a port-in request which may occur immediately or may take 1 to 3 business days (5 to 7 business days if porting a landline), depending on your carrier, as long as all of the information provided is confirmed to match the account information with the existing carrier. If your existing carrier requires additional information or the information does not match, it may delay the port-in process.
