• Hi Diane, the photos from your old phone will not transfer to your Jitterbug Smart2. However, if you have a Google account and you were signed in when you took the photos, they would be available in Google Photos.

• Yes, but it must be done manually, one photo at a time. I asked the support team about them doing it for me but I was told I had to do it myself AND you need to do it before the old service plan expires.
