“I need to know if I can purchase a contract with the phone instead of using a prepaid usage. And can I Transfer my information From my flip phone onto the Jitterbug? Can I use the same phone number as my AT&T?”

• You can have your number ported from ATT. You should be able to transfer your contacts but there is no person to walk you through it unless Great Call can do so when you activate,

• I know you can use the same phone number as your AT&T. Greatcall has great customer service. You could call them for assistance with your other questions.
