Hi Everett, if you were signed into a Google account when taking your photos, they should be available on your new Jitterbug Smart2 once you sign into your Google account, under the photo icon in All Apps. You can transfer your photos to your PC using the USB charging cable and following the prompts. If you need assistance, please call us (800) 733-6632, between 6am and 6pm Pacific time.

Please try again later.I haven't done it on the Jittberbug but usually you use a cord with a tiny high def plug in on the one end and a regular sized plug into your computer, just like you would use a thumb drive. Or if not that, you can send photos to your email address and then download to computer. Jitterbug has good cust service, I would utilize that as it might save you some time. I am no expert, that's for sure.
